Curated Healing
The first step in your healing journey is to set your intention for the session (we will do this together), followed by grounding. I use several protocols for Grounding Sessions, typically involving a combination of metal bowls, various drums, and tuning forks.
In Full Combination Sessions and Sound Baths, I incorporate Himalayan metal bowls along with a variety of other sound and vibrational instruments to promote relaxation and energy flow.
Instruments may include crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles, ocean drums, rain drums, alchemy bowls, various gongs, crystal harps, flutes, and more—all paired with guided meditation.
Sound - Wellness - Learning
An immersive restorative space for sound baths, meditation, learning, and community experiences. Through layered sound, vibration, calming atmosphere and comfortable zero gravity seating, guests are invited to slow down, rest, and reconnect.
Individual sessions combine tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, and other sound and vibrational therapies as well as Reiki, in a personalized setting designed to support balance, presence and overall well-being.
